The Monthly delayed
If you were wondering where the February edition of The Monthly was this past weekend, it turns out that February is a very short month and I forgot to put it into production before last Sunday. It’ll be in your email this upcoming Sunday, though, which I’m going to pretend is February 30th.
NEWS, NOTES & TRAILERS

This past week was already going to be a big one for Star Wars. The long-awaited trailer for the second season of Andor made its triumphant debut on Monday. It’s a bold trailer, using “The Revolution Starts Now” by Steve Earle as its soundtrack instead of the usual Star Wars orchestral music.
The Andor trailer was eclipsed by even bigger Star Wars news on Monday night, with Puck reporting that Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy would step down by the end of the year. That news was accepted as gospel — until Deadline published an interview with Kennedy on Thursday night where she pushed back on the report.
